Our Civil Parish

Little Chart is a small village between Pluckley and Hothfield, about 4 miles north-west of Ashford in Kent.

We have The Swan Inn, a traditional country pub, within our village. Our nearest Doctors are at Charing Surgery and Pharmacy, about 2 miles away, contact 01233 714 490 (volunteers can help arrange transport if required).

The Village Hall (a registered charity) hosts a number of clubs, societies and one-off events. The Parish Council provides a  Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) usually available for more energetic sports, particularly tennis.

Little Chart is situated on the Stour Valley Walk from Ashford to Lenham. The Kent County Council Public Rights of Way online map is available at webapps.kent.gov.uk, giving all the footpaths and bridleways within the parish area – search on ‘Little Chart’ or TN27 0QA to zoom in.
